Starting to finish

With just myself and Glen still here we are starting to wind down for the winter. We are now just concentrating on painting the shutters that we have had stripped of the old lead paint. It is quite a laborious job as they need many coats and all of the fittings also need de rusting and re painting. We have also nearly finished the lovely oak door, the new frame has been fitted and the metal panels have been repainted and put back in. It really looks great and all that is left to be done is fit the glass window behind.
