Getting back to work

The guys have had a few days off and now it is back to work. We have also been joined by Oscar who speaks pretty good French which will be a big help! Mark has been making a little wall around the top of the drainage pit that we found. We plan to make a feature of it but don't want anybody falling into it! Also we are

starting work tidying up the stonework all around the courtyard of the chateau. We are scraping out all the loose render and bodged repairs of the past and then will repoint it with lime render. Also there are a couple of alterations that we are starting. We are turning a window that was once a door back into a door. Also in a couple of places we will turn a couple of doors into windows!
