The lake

I took a wander down to the lake this morning. We have had so much rain lately that I was sure it would have really filled up - I was not mistaken! It looked great in the early morning light, it is a little mucky as is always the case after rain. It looks so much better since we cleared away around the sides. The woods that you see in the distance behind the lake also belong to the chateau.
