Fireplaces

I am sure that at one point the chateau had some very nice fireplaces but nearly all of them are gone. One nice 18th century marble one and some older stone ones remain. Today we took out an ugly 20th century brick thing. Sadly whatever might have been behind it is now gone. This room will be a bedroom so we will just be blocking off the hole in the wall.
