Getting stuck and stuck in

Today did not start well. We took the cherry picker out to do some work with it. Eduardo and I were about 5 metres up in the air when it just stopped, would not work from the bucket or from the bottom. After 20 minutes of messing around with it we had to use a ladder to get down, thank god we were not 12 metres up! After another hour of trying to figure it out and phoning the maker of the picker it seems we need an electrician to test why the power is not getting through. So with the cherry picker now stuck in the back garden we went to plan B. Eduardo has started digging out where the water and electrical services will come into the middle wing of the chateau. He found lots of big stones as usual! This as you can see used to be a door but we are turning it into a window.
