Farming life for me

Today Sebastién came around and raked the large field where we will sow the grass next week. Can't believe how excited I was to see the field looking flat and weed free. Can not wait until the grass is growing on it. It has been a long journey with the fields to get them ready for seeding. Next spring we can plant an avenue of trees leading to the old gate. We have cut down so many trees that it will be great to finally start planting new ones. I really feel like we are getting somewhere towards restoring the chateau to how it once was.
