Swine are back

This week we have had the wild boar on our land again.  They have once again made a right mess of an area of our nice new grass. I think that the hunters that are out in force at the moment have scared they away from where they have been living and they have ended up in our woods. Let us hope that they move on elsewhere pretty quickly. 

I have since raked these areas and tried to repair the damage as much as possible. We will have to reseed in the spring. Also Sebastien our farmer friend tells me that the hunters shot 6 of them in woods next to ours so maybe the problem is over.
