A tidy up

There is so much to do before I leave the chateau. Most of what needs to be done is outside in the grounds, of course there is always a lot to do in the grounds. Today I used the wheeled strimmer and the leaf blower to clear up around the old wall, just an hour of work and it looks so good. If we do not keep it clear around here it would soon end up getting totally overgrown again. I cleared away literally hundreds of acorns, most of which were sprouting. 

Once the wall was clear I then used to the leaf blower to clear away six bags of fallen leaves from beside the lake. Also it was time to start giving the new grass its first cut. I am so happy with this new grass, it has grown really well and thick.
