This has to go soon

Right by the old water tower is a large laurel bush / tree that has been spreading more and more. At some point, hopefully this summer it will be cut down and the roots dug out. But for the time being we just have to keep control of it and cut it back. It looked a lot better after it had a haircut, that is for sure! Also found time to cut all of the brambles and weeds from around the old tree stump, all in all a lot tidier! So handy to have the Ruby the tractor too cart all of the old branches away. 

Little by little we are getting the gardens under control. It makes life so much better when they are easy to keep under control, they also look a lot nicer too!
