Wall finished

The first part of the farmyard clearance is done. Today we took apart the last remaining part of the wall that had been destroyed by the tree growing up under it. All the stones are now laid out on a membrane so that we can reuse them on rebuilding and repairing the many stone walls that we have here at the chateau. We also took out a large number of big roots left over from when the trees where cut down. There is still a great deal of work to be done in this farmyard area over the next few weeks.
