Big progress

Oscar and I continue to remove render from the front wall in the courtyard area of the chateau. We seem to be really moving this week. The courtyard area will be restored to how it was in the 16th century. Except of course the the windows on the upper level. These were added in the 18th century and of course we will not remove these! The photo at the top is from when we first bought the chateau. Since then we have restored all except one pair of shutters. Now it is the facade that we turn our attention too.
