Roof repairs

There are two roof sections on the old barn and where they meet in the middle there must be a few leaks as we can see that the water gets inside and is making the timber wet in a few places. Today we are up on this roof to see just where the water is getting in. After a close up inspection it is apparent that the seals on the metal gully are pretty non existent in a few places. We had to take up some of the tiles to make repairs and also put in a few more bits of zinc plating. Hopefully this has done the trick but only time will tell.
